Install Orders

Requirements

Server	Paper or Folia 26.1 or newer
Java	Java 25
Vault + economy plugin	Required. Orders are paid with your server’s money (EssentialsX, CMI, ...). On Folia, use a Folia-compatible Vault build.
Internet on first start	Orders downloads its libraries once through the server’s library loader: Kotlin, HikariCP, the SQLite, MySQL and MariaDB drivers, the MongoDB driver and Jedis for Redis.
PlaceholderAPI	Optional. Enables the Orders placeholders and placeholders inside messages.
Nexo, Oraxen, ItemsAdder	Optional. Their custom items can be blacklisted by ID.
Sell & Worth	Optional. Lets `/sell` deliver to orders. See Sell & Worth.

Single server

Install Vault and an economy plugin if the server doesn’t have them yet.
Place Orders-1.0.0.jar in the plugins folder.
Start the server once so the default files are created, then stop it.
Paste your license key into license-key in plugins/Orders/config.yml.
Start the server. The console shows License verified with the product and version.
Run /order to open the orders menu.

No economy found

Without Vault and an economy plugin nobody can create or fill orders. Install both and restart.

Several servers

Change type: sqlite under storage: to type: mysql, type: mariadb or type: mongodb on every server and point them at the same database. Turn on network with a Redis server so orders, payouts and messages reach the other servers right away. See Cross-server.

Created files

File	Purpose
`config.yml`	License key, storage, network, order rules, delivering, collect values and the blacklist.
`menus.yml`	Every menu, button, slot, sound and dialog text.
`messages.yml`	Every chat and action bar message.
`slang.yml`	Short names for search.
`orders.db`	The SQLite database, used with `type: sqlite` under `storage:`.
`logs/`	A daily log of every order, delivery, cancel, expiry and collection.
`.installation-id`, `.installation-v2.key`	Identify this server for the license. Don’t delete or copy them.
