| “All your order slots are in use.” | Finished orders keep their slot until their items are collected. Collect them, or give orders.slots.<amount>. |
| /sell doesn’t fill orders | Change ENABLED: false to ENABLED: true under ORDERS: (inside SETTINGS:) in Sell & Worth’s config.yml. Orders are only filled when they pay more per item than the item’s worth, and never your own. |
| Orders from another server don’t show up | Check that both servers use the same database and table-prefix, and that network is enabled with the same Redis and channel. |
| The Shard Shop button does nothing | It runs /shardshop by default. Change command: "shardshop" under shard-shop: (inside buttons:) in menus.yml, or delete the button. |
| “Server slot limit reached” after reinstalling | The plugin folder (and .installation-v2.key) was deleted, so the server counts as new. Ask support to free the old slot. |
| License validation failed | Check the key, outbound internet access, and that you run the latest Orders JAR. |
| Changes don’t show up | Run /order reload. Storage and network changes need a full restart. |
| Something went wrong with a delivery | Check plugins/Orders/logs. Every order, delivery, cancel, expiry and collection is written there with the full item data. |
