| Money items can't be bought | Install Vault and an economy plugin. The startup line shows money: off (no Vault economy) when none is found. |
| "Server slot limit reached" after reinstalling | The plugin folder (and .installation-v2.key) was deleted, so the server counts as new. Ask support to free the old slot. |
| License validation failed | Check the key, outbound internet access, and that you run the latest Storefront JAR. |
| Libraries fail to download | The first start needs internet to download HikariCP and the database drivers. Allow outbound access and restart. |
| A custom item is missing | Check the console warning: the item plugin must be installed and the id must exist. |
| Changes don't show up | Run /storefront reload. If it fails, the message names the problem and the old configuration stays active. |
| Item shop shows old items after editing items.yml | The current pick stays until the next refresh. Run /dailyshop reroll. |
| New default files didn't appear after an update | Presets are only written when their folder is missing. Rename the folder and restart to get fresh defaults. |
| Arena pays nothing | Check enabled: true under shard-arenas:, that the player is inside the cuboid, and that shards are enabled. |
| "You don't have enough inventory space" | Space for the whole order is checked before charging. Free inventory slots and try again. |
